Progress

This quilt has been in the making for several years. I started in early 2010 because I wanted to use up scraps and I wanted to learn to hand piece. I accomplished both with this quilt. I cut up scraps into 2" x 4" rectangles. I took this project everywhere, including a trip to Italy where I pieced several rows on the plane ride home.

This is a close up of the hand pieced top and the hand quilting.

I am still hand quilting this because I just stopped working on it about a year ago. Time to pick it up again....
